[Note: The following review is unpaid, and may contain samples, affiliate links, or sponsored content.] I’ve recently rekindled my love for facial masks. After trying out various options, including the sponsored content Odile, I’ve come across one I’ve fallen in love with – Tatcha’s Violet-C.

Vitamin C is well-known for enhancing skin brightness, refining texture, and providing antioxidant support. This mask blends two types of vitamin C, one for immediate impact and the other for long-term benefits. Personally, I prefer masks that offer immediate results; waiting for improvements over time isn’t my preference. The Tatcha Violet-C Radiance Mask fits the bill, as it’s surprisingly gentle for a potent Vitamin C blend. It’s suitable for those who find such blends typically too strong for their skin.

This mask also includes fruit AHAs and the signature Hadasei-3™ complex, providing satisfying smoothing effects on the skin. Following the mask, it’s an ideal time to consider using the Violet-C Brightening Serum for those who are inclined to indulge; otherwise, your usual serums or moisturizers suffice.

The mask takes on a slightly firmer feel on the skin, akin to Violet Beauregarde – although it remains gentle due to the presence of acids. Once rinsed off, my skin felt remarkably soft. While it’s hard to quantify an immediate glow effect, it definitely appeared perky and felt toned. If you’re a fan of morning masks, this one prepares your skin to achieve a smooth and supple look pre-foundation or tinted moisturizer – the results are noticeable. However, I wouldn’t recommend it for nighttime use as the instant effects may not last. I prefer using masks in the morning so I can enjoy the results rather than sleeping on them :-). As expected, the Tatcha Violet-C Radiance Mask comes with a considerable price tag of £65 HERE.
