[unpaid/sample/affiliate/ad] Whenever I travel, I prefer to pack light – carrying only a cabin bag is my goal as I dread the waiting game at the luggage carousel. The stress of wondering if your luggage will show up or not can be overwhelming!

I’ve been loving the MAC Stack Mascara, so this travel-sized version is a must-have – priced at £14 HERE, it will last you well beyond your holiday. When we traveled to Delft via City Airport, the size restrictions didn’t matter much because they have new scanners that allow you to take any size you want. However, the downside is that if your destination airport doesn’t have similar scanners, you can’t bring it back. This is convenient for products like sunscreen and after sun that you’ll likely finish during your trip and don’t need to bring back. The MAC Stack Mascara is a reliable choice – the first link provided is for the larger volumizing brush, but my preference is for the slimmer brush option HERE. Clinique’s Take The Day Off Balm in a compact pot is great for removing sunscreen, makeup, and cleansing your skin. I always carry it with a cloth to avoid dirtying hotel towels with mascara. Priced at £11 for a 30ml size HERE. John Masters Natural Shampoo is ideal for washing away chlorine and keeping your hair looking fresh without stripping it. The clean scent is refreshing, and it’s designed for dry hair, so you might be able to skip conditioner. Get it for £7.65 for 60ml HERE.

This is my holiday makeup look created using just three products – CHANEL Water Tint, Elf Monochromatic Stick in Guava Shimmer, and MACstack Mascara.

I’ve also included the Milk Makeup Contour Stick in Toasted, currently sold out everywhere but may restock soon. While I don’t contour often, this stick is a great option. Priced at £22 HERE, it’s remarkably small, which surprised me a bit, but for contour enthusiasts, it’s worth it. It’s slightly slimmer than the e.l.f. Monochromatic Stick in Glimmering Guava HERE, an excellent value at £5. I’m wearing Chanel Water Tint, Elf Mono Stick, and MACstack mini – nothing else. I often use decanting sets, such as Sephora’s Weekend Kit for £7.60 HERE.
