[unpaid/sample/affiliate/ad] This is my second Boy Smells candle – my first was Neopeche, a luminous floral spice blend that I adore. Agua De Jardin, as the name suggests, draws inspiration from serene and verdant outdoor havens – the kind of places where you can immerse yourself in the soothing scents of nature.

The jar’s luster instantly caught my attention – I find it more intriguing than if it were transparent glass. The scent is undeniably lush and damp, as expected – the fig leaves are prominent but there are more subtle hints of nuttiness and florals. While I can’t distinctly identify coconut water, it likely contributes to the overall blend rather than taking center stage. It carries a musky undertone, yet the presence of pimento is elusive. The fragrance quickly filled my living room – it’s a comforting aroma that gently caresses your senses.

If I’m being honest, I was hoping for a more vibrant essence – perhaps a hint of lime or something to elevate it from the ordinary. The fragrance is more subdued than its appearance suggests, but that doesn’t diminish its appeal – it’s quite pleasant. I have a real fondness for the Boy Smells brand – it exudes more creativity than many other brands currently. Their popular product is Hinoki Fantome – a blend of Japanese cypress with a resinous aroma. I’ve noticed the brand has delved into personal fragrances too – I’m curious about Tantrum! Candles are priced from £44 HERE. I recall many people purchased the Grace Jones collaboration candle that supports the LGBTQ+ community following my previous mention – it’s still available HERE if you crave a blend of black pepper, bergamot, freesia, water lily, and rose.
