[This is an unpaid sample with affiliate links] Experience the delightful new scented bath tablets by CHANEL, featuring the Chance Eau Tendre fragrance. This luxurious offering is the perfect way to unwind and pamper yourself after a long week. Launched in 2010 by perfumer Jacques Polges, Chance Eau Tendre has captivated CHANEL fans with its fruity blend of quince and grapefruit.
Chance Eau Tendre carries a sweet undertone, yet lacks the typical signature powdery notes of CHANEL fragrances. Instead, it boasts hints of hyacinth and jasmine, along with a touch of smokiness from iris, and underlying layers of musk, Virginia cedar, and amber. This optimistic scent exudes the essence of summer and joy, without being overpowering despite its complex composition.
While I am still cherishing my Factory 5 Bath Cubes and finding it hard to bring myself to open the tin, I am beginning to challenge my own rule of saving everything for a special occasion. For now, I have indulged in this interim CHANEL bathing experience, and I must say, it’s truly delightful. The experience of dropping a tablet into the water, watching it fizz, and being surrounded by its fragrance in the bathroom feels nothing short of decadent. Add a glass of champagne, and you’ve reached the peak of luxury. These scented bath tablets are undeniably special and offer a lavish experience.
Contained within the cylinder are ten effervescent tablets, providing you with ten evenings of pure bliss. Although I used them in the bathroom, their delightful scent lingered throughout the house for quite some time. Personally, these little pink tablets have reminded me of the soft and refreshing sweetness akin to a Lemon & Rose Drizzle Cake. As an aside, to create the cake, I prepare lemon drizzle as usual and use rosewater for the water icing. I then coat real rose petals with whipped egg whites and sugar, resulting in a beautiful addition to the top of the cake. Anyway, I digress. As we approach the weekend, I wish you all a wonderful time. The CHANEL Chance Eau Tendre Scented Bath Tablets are available at John Lewis for £53 here.
